تاکنا tāknā S̱. (from تاک) v. a. To stare at, to aim, peep, see, spy, watch, view, behold, look, look for, attend.

تختگاه taḵẖt-gāh P s. f. The royal residence, me- tropolis, capital.

ترکتاز turk-tāz P m. s 1. Inroad, depredation, attack. 2. Feigned anger (of a lover). 3. Walking affectedly or with a tossing about of the body.

ترتي tirtīya S (तृतीय) adj. Third.

تن तुन्न tunn S 1. s. m. Name of a tree. 2. s. f. The flower of the tree (used for dying a yellow colour). (Cedrela toona: Roxb.).

تگ tag P s. f. Running. See تگ دو.

تياگي त्यागी tyāg-ī S s. m. Abandoner, relin- quisher, forsaker, abdicator; but chiefly applied to the religious ascetick or him who abandons terrestrial objects, thoughts, passions, &c.

تتپر तत्पर tatpar S adj. Engaged, attentive, addicted to, adept.
