Keeping guard. 2. s. m. A watchman. چوکيداري chaukīdār-ī, s. f. 1. The business of a watchman. 2. The pay or hire of a watchman. چوکي دينا chaukī denā, To watch, guard, mount guard. چوکي مارنا chaukī mārnā, To smuggle.

چنتت चिंतित chintit S adj. Thoughtful, re- flective, anxious.

چوٿي choṭī चूडा S̱. s. f. 1. A lock of hair left on the top of the head, the hair braided behind, a cue. 2. Top, summit. چوٿي کا هونا choṭī kā honā, To excel, to be pre-eminent or unrivalled. See چونٿي chonṭī.
