پهول phūl फुल्ल S̱. s. m. 1. A flower, a blossom; boss, stud, bunch of ribands, &c. a cockade. 2. The menses, of which children are the fruit. 3. A swelling. 4. Bones of a dead person after the fleshy parts are burned. 5. Lights or fire (seen at night). 6. (in the plur.) A ceremony performed in honour of a deceased person on the third day after his death. پهول اٿهنا phūl uṭhnā, v. n. To be performed (a ceremony in honour of the dead), to complete the forty days of mourning. پهول پڙنا phūl paṛnā, v. n. To break out (a fire). پهول بيٿهنا phūl baiṭhnā, v. n. پدماوت padmāwat पद्मावती S̱. n. prop. Name of a celebrated princess, whose adventures are related in a romance entitled Padmāwatī.

پرکرما परिक्रमा परि and r. क्रम Go, step pari-kramā S. s. f. Act of going round to the right by way of adoration, circumambulation, going about. See طواف.

پردچهنا pradachh̤inā S̱. (or pradakh̤inā) s. f. Going round an object to which respect is intended with the right always towards it (a religious ceremony), circuit, circumambulation.
