پکهاٿا pakhāṭā H s. The horn or corner of a bow.

پيج تاب pech-tāb P s. m. Restlessness, alarm, suspense, perplexity, folds, twisting and twining, contortion, knots. پيچ تاب کهانا pech-tāb khānā, To suffer distress or anxiety, to be vexed, to twist or twine.

پلاس palās P s. m. Very coarse canvas.

پيخنا peḵẖnā H (properly پيکهنا) s. m. 1. A pup- petshow. 2. A plaything. 3. The artifices and pretences of a woman.

پنکهيا pankhiyā S̱. 1. s. f. (dimin. of پنکها) A small fan. 2. s. m. A kind of faḳīr who fans every body. 3. A wicked man.

پکوانا pakwānā S̱. (caus. of پکنا) v. a. To cause to be dressed or cooked, to cause to ripen.

بيزنه pezna P (from پيزيدن or پيختن) s. m. A sieve.
