بنات النعش banātu-n-naﻌsh A s. m. The constel- lation of the Greater or Lesser Bear, consisting of seven stars; four of which are conceived to bear the resemblance of a bier (نعش), and the remaining three to be the (بنات) daughters pre- ceding it.

بيٿهکا baiṭhka S̱. s. m. 1. A seat, a place where people meet to sit and converse, a bench. 2. s. f. (from بيٿهنا) Act or state of sitting, sitting. 3. A kind of exercise.

بهڙبهونجن bhaṛbhūnjan S̱. s. f. A woman who parches grain.

بهنڐاري bhanḍārī भांडागारिक S̱. s. m. A house-steward, one who has charge of the store- house, a treasurer, purveyor.

بدرقه badriḳa A s. m. 1. A guide, convoy or guard on the road. 2. A fellow-traveller. 3. Any thing ordered to be taken with a certain medicine (as water gruel with salts), a vehicle (in medicine). See s. ان پان anu-pān.

برودهي birodh-ī S adj. Quarrelsome. P. A. بروقت bar waḳt, At the (proper) time, op- portune, opportunely, timely.

بيسواڙا bais-wāṛā S̱. s. m. The residence of Bais, the nativity of Bais.

بادشاهي bādshāh-ī P adj. Royal, imperial, regal. s. f. Royalty, empire, reign, sovereignty, office or duty of a sovereign, kingdom.

بيلچه bel-cha P (dimin. of بيل) s. m. A hoe, a spade, a small mattock.

بانس پهوڙ bāṅs-phoṛ S̱. (वंशस्फोट from वंश Bamboo, and r. स्फुट Break) s. m. Name of a cast who work on bamboos.
