نراجده nir-ā-judh S (निर् prep. आ prep. and r. युध Fight) adj. Without armour, imbecile, not warlike.

نادلي nādalī H (perhaps, for ناد علي q. v.) s. (dakh.) A stone having generally a verse or certain sentences of the ḳurʼān engraved on it, and worn as a charm round the necks of chil- dren. (Qanoon-e-islam).

نندي नन्दी nandī S s. m. The name of one of Sivaʼs chief attendants.
