مني manī A (from مني Heb. and Aram. To define, to determine) s. f. Sperma genitale viri aut mulieris. ¶ minạ̄, Name of a place near Mecca, where sacrifices are made.

مسي mis-ī H or missī, 1. s. f. A powder (made of vitriol, &c.) with which the teeth are tinged of a black colour. مسي دان misī-dān, A box of gold, silver or other metal for holding misī. 2. (from Sans. माष) adj. f. Made of vetches.

متعدد mutaʼaﻌddid A (part. act. V. from عدّ) adj. 1. Many, various. 2. Ready, prepared. 3. (subst.) A number exceeding 10,000. متعدد به mutaʼaﻌddid bihi, Of account or note.

ميخي روپيه meḵẖ-ī rūpaiya P. A rupee which has been hollowed and then filled with lead, copper, &c. adulterated.

مننا mannā S̱. (intrans. of ماننا or منانا) v. n. To be soothed, to be propitiated.

مورچهل mor-chhal S̱. (मयूर Peacock, and खल्ल Leather) s. m. A fan for driving away flies (es- pecially, of peacockʼs feathers), a brush.
