قطار ḳat̤ār A or ḳit̤ār (from Chald. To bind, to tie together; which meaning is preserved in II. conj. of قطر) s. f. A line, string (of animals), rank, order, series, row, range, file.

قبله ḳibla A s. m. 1. Any thing opposite. 2. That part to which people turn their face when at prayer; (hence, the word means) Mecca, an altar, temple; (and, by way of respectful address) Worship!
