Seeking more or too much, ambition, covetuousness, extortion, imposition. زياده کرنا ziyāda karnā, 1. To augment, to increase. 2. (met.) زيان ziyān P s. m. Hurt, harm, injury, mischief, detriment, damage, deficiency, loss. زيان کار ziyān-ḳār, adj. Doing mischief, mischievous, hurtful, injurious. زيان کاري ziyān-kār-ī, s. f. The doing mischief, the occasioning of loss or damage, hurtfulness, mischievousness. زيان کرنا ziyān karnā, To cause the harm, hurt, injury, damage, &c. (of), to injure, &c.
