زٿل zaṭal H (corrupt. from جٿل) s. f. Chattering, talking much and foolishly, quibbling, tattle. زٿل مارنا zaṭal mārnā, To chatter, to talk non- sense. زٿل هانکنا zaṭal hānknā, To quibble.

زاويه zāviya A (Heb. from زوي Heb. or To verge, to tend towards any point, q. d. the point towards which two lines mutually tend) s. m. An angle (in geometry), a corner, retired place, &c. (Plur. زوايا).

زلو zalū P s. f. A leech. P. A. زله zalla, s. m. Victuals carried home by the guests from an entertainment.
