رام ترٴي rāmturaʼī H s. f. The name of a vege- table, Ochra (Hibiscus esculentus).

راجي rājī A (part. act. of رجا) adj. Hoping, hopeful.

رقعه ruḳʼaﻌ A (from رقع To repair a garment, to piece: Heb. To extend, to expand) s. m. 1. A bit, a piece. 2. A note, epistle, letter, billet. رقعه وار ruḳʼaﻌ-wār, Paper fit for writing letters on.

رني ऋणी r̤iṇ-ī S adj. m. In debt; debtor.

A princess. راجگادي rāj-gādī, s. f. Kingʼs cushion, throne. راجمندر राजमंदिर rāj- mandir, s. m. A palace, a royal residence. راجنيت राजनीति rāj-nīti, s. f. The art of government, the duties of a prince both in peace and war.
