اپهین अ and फेन Froth, foam a-phen S. adj. Without foam.

آنند आनन्द आ and r. नदि Rejoice ā- nand S. (or a-nand) s. m. f. Happiness, joy, plea- sure, delight, felicity. آنندکند ānand-kand, Root (or source) of happiness. S. اننگ अनंग (अन् and अंग Body, i. e. آزمایش āzmāʼịsh P (from آزمودن) s. f. Trial, proof, examination, essay, experiment.

اکهلج उष्मज उष्म The hot season, and ज Born ukh̤maj S. or ush̤maj, s. Insects pro- duced by heat; moschettos, gnats, flies, &c.

اتار utār S̱. s. m. Descent, declination. اتار دینا utār denā, To bring down; (met.) to disgrace, to dishonour.

اهليا अहल्या ahalyā S n. prop. 1. Wife of Gautama, q. v. 2 Name of an Apsarā.
