Either, or, whether. 3. part. pass. as, خاطرخواه ḵẖāt̤ir-ḵẖẉāh, The desire of oneʼs heart. خواه مخواه ḵẖẉāh ma-ḵẖẉāh or خواه نخواه ḵẖẉāh na-ḵẖẉāh or خواهي نه خواهي ḵẖẉāhī na ḵẖẉāhī, adv. 1. Willing or not willing, nolens volens. 2. Certainly, positively, abso- lutely, at all events.
