حرامي ḥarām-ī A s. m. A robber, assassin, doer of what is forbidden or unlawful, rascal, cheat. حرامي پلا ḥarām-ī pillā, Bastard.

حلال ḥalāl A (from حل) adj. 1. Legal, allow- able, lawful, right. 2. (A woman) laying aside mourning for the death of her husband, at the expiration of 100 days (during which time she is not by law allowed to marry). حلال خور ḥalāl-ḵẖor, s. m. حصين ḥaṣīn A (from حصن) adj. Fortified, strong.

حانث ḥānis̤ A (part. act. of حنث) s. m. A perjurer.
