ٿار ṭār H verbal n. f. See ٿال ṭāl.

ٿهـﮩ‍رنا ṭhaharnā H v. n. To be stopped, to be fixed, to stop, to stay, to remain, to abide, rest, stand, to last, to be fixed on, to be concluded, to be settled, to be determined, to be proved.

ٿٿر ṭaṭṭar H s. m. A matted shutter.

ٿکور ṭakor H s. f. 1. The sound of a drum. 2. A fillip, tap.

ٿيلوا ṭelūʼā H s. m. A beam.

ٿڐا ṭiḍḍā H s. m. A grashopper.

ٿٿهيا ṭaṭhiyā H s. f. A flat dish used by Hindūs.

ٿوٿا ṭoṭā H s. m. 1. Loss, deficiency, detriment. 2. A cartridge. 3. A candleʼs end.

ٿالنا ṭālnā H (trans. of ٿلنا) v. a. 1. To evade, prevaricate, to avoid, put off, postpone, defer. 2. To drive out of the way, put or turn aside, ward off, fend, obviate, move, remove, prevent.

ٿوپي ṭop-ī H s. f. A hat. ٿوپـَي والا ṭopī-wālā, One who wears a hat, or an animal with a comb, crest, &c. It is used to express the Persian or Moghal troops, and also those of Europeans.
