تضعيف taz̤ʼīﻌf A (inf. ii. of ضعف) s. f. Doubling.

تيل tel तैल S̱. s. m. Oil. تيل چڙهانا tel chaṛ- hānā, To anoint the head, shoulders, and hands and feet of the bride and bridegroom with oil mixed with turmerick during the marriage cere- mony.

ترسول त्रिशूल tri-sūl S s. m. A trident, a three pointed pike or spear (especially, borne by Siva). ترسول پان त्रिशूलपाणि trisūl-pāṇi, (trident in hand) An epithet of Siva.

تازي tāzī P 1. adj. Arabian, or Arabic; Arabian (horse). تازي کتا tāzī-kuttā, A greyhound. تازي خانه tāzī-ḵẖāna, A dog-kennel. 2. s. f. For تازکي tāza-gī, Newness, &c.

تچنا tachnā H v. n. To be heated, to parch.

تمبو tambū H s. m. A tent.

توار tūʼar तुवरी S̱. s. f. A kind of pulse. (Cy- tisus cajan). See ارهر arhar.

تنخواه tan-ḵẖẉāh P s. f. Wages, an assignment (on the revenues). تنخواه دار tanḵẖẉāh-dār, One who receives pay or salary, a holder of an order for wages. تنخواه داري tanḵẖẉāh-dār-ī, s. f. Receiving pay, service.

تانا tānā S̱. (r. तन Expand, stretch out) s. m. The warp, the threads that are extended length- wise upon a loom. تانا بانا کرنا tānā bānā karnā,

تائيد tāʼīd A (inf. ii. of ايد) s. f. 1. Aid, assistance. 2. Corroboration. (Plur. تائيدات).
