تقليل taḳlīl A (inf. ii. of قلّت) s. f. Diminishing, reduction, causing to look less.

تشريف tashrīf A (inf. ii. of شرف) s. f. 1. Honouring, exalting. 2. Investing with a splendid robe. تشريف ارزاني فرمانا tashrīf arzānī farmānā, and تشريف فرمانا tashrīf farmānā (mean simply) To go, or to come. تشريف ليجانا tashrīf lejānā, To go, and تشريف لانا tashrīf lānā, To come, i. e. to honour with oneʼs pre- sence (never said of oneʼs self, except by a king).

تکيني takīnī P. (from تکيه) s. f. A small pillow.

تدهر tidhar तत्र S̱. adv. There.

توشه tosha P s. m. Provision (particularly, of a traveller, or that which is carried with the funeral of a deceased person, to support him during his journey to the other world), viati- cum. توشه خانه tosha-ḵẖāna, s. m. A ward- robe, a place where furniture is kept.

تڐاگ तडाग taḍāg S s. m. A pond, pool. See تالاب tālāb.

تڙاڙا taṛāṛā H s. m. Throwing water. See تريڙا.

تبهي tab-hī तदैव S̱. adv. At that very time. تبهي تو tabhī to (तदैवतु) Then indeed. تبهي سي tabhī se, Thence, thenceforth.

تـﮩمت tuhmat A s. f. Suspicion of guilt, false ac- cusation, calumny, slander, falsely charging one with a crime, aspersion, imputation. تـﮩمت لگاني or کرني or ديني tuhmat-lagānī, or -karnī, or -denī, To belie, to calumniate, slander, to asperse, to traduce, to accuse falsely. A.H. تـﮩمتي tuhmat-ī, adj. 1. Suspicious. 2. Ig- nominious.

تحليل taḥlīl A (inf. ii. of حلّ) s. (used generally in compos. with verbs) 1. Dissolving, diges- tion, concoction, solubility. 2. Making lawful. تحليل هونا taḥlīl honā, To waste, to consume.
