تـﮩمت tuhmat A s. f. Suspicion of guilt, false ac- cusation, calumny, slander, falsely charging one with a crime, aspersion, imputation. تـﮩمت لگاني or کرني or ديني tuhmat-lagānī, or -karnī, or -denī, To belie, to calumniate, slander, to asperse, to traduce, to accuse falsely. A.H. تـﮩمتي tuhmat-ī, adj. 1. Suspicious. 2. Ig- nominious.

تهلکنا thalaknā H v. n. To palpitate, to flutter.

تنت کار tant-kār तंत्रकार S̱. s. m. A musi- cian.

تيشه tesha P s. f. A kind of axe used by carpen- ters, an adz.

تولنا tolnā S̱. or taulnā (तोलन) v. a. 1. To weigh, to balance. 2. To confront (as, two armies). تولنا نظرون مين taulnā naz̤roṅ meṅ, To estimate the worth of any one.

تهپيڙا thapeṛā H s. m. 1. A slap, a box, a clout, buffet. 2. The scalp.

تهيليا thailiyā H s. f. 1. A purse tied round the waist. 2. A bag.

تفوق tafauwuḳ A (inf. v. of فوق) s. m. 1. Pre- tending to a superiority over others. 2. Doing any thing by degrees.

تتمه tatimma A s. m. An appendix, a supple- ment, continuation.
