آب حیات āb-i-ḥayāt P s. Water of life; the fountain of life.

ادهوڙي adh-auṛī S̱. s. f. Half a hide (of a thick strong kind).

امانت amānat A s. f. 1. Deposit, charge, any thing given in trust. 2. Faith, religion. امانت دار amānat-dār, Depositary, trustee, guardian, faithful, honest, trusty. امانت داري amānat-dār-ī, s. f. Guardianship, agency, trust, charge, faithfulness. امانت رکهنا amānat rakhnā, To deposit, to leave in charge or trust, to intrust.

اور or H s. f. 1. Origin. 2. Boundary, limit. 3. Way, side (ward). اس اور us or, That way, on that side, thither-ward. چارون اور chāroṅ or, On the four sides, on all sides. اورنباهنا or nibāhnā, To be constant to, to protect (for ever).

اماوٿ amāwaṭ S̱. (आम्र Mango) s. m. The inspissated juice of the mango. See آمرس.
