Scat- tered, dispersed. پهوٿ پڙنا phūṭ paṛnā, To arise (dissension). پهوٿ پهوٿ ياپهوٿ کررونا phūṭ phūṭ or phūṭ kar ronā, To weep excessively, to burst into tears. پهوٿ رهنا phūṭ rahnā, 1. To be broken. 2. To be dispersed. 3. To be unpaired. پهوت هونا phūṭ honā, To be divided in opinion.

پرسنسا प्रशंसा prasansā S s. f. Applause, praise, encomium.

پربل प्रबल parbal S or pra-bal, adj. Predomi- nant, prevalent, violent, strong, powerful.

پهس پهسانا phisphisānā H v. n. To be terrified.

پيشور peshaur P. s. m. Name of a city, properly پيشاور pesh-āwar, built by Akbar. The word im- ports "an advanced post," as it is the next town to the Afg̠ẖāns.
