بهيرون bhairoṅ भैरव S̱. s. m. 1. The name of a rāg or musical mode sung at dawn in autumn. (It is represented by Mahādeva with the Ganges flowing from his head and the rāg issuing from that deityʼs mouth). 2. A name of Siva; see بهيرو bhairav.

بٿ پاڙ baṭ-pāṛ S̱. (باٿ Road, and پاڙنا To throw down) s. m. Highwayman, footpad, villain, cut-throat, assassin. S̱.H. بٿ پاڙي baṭ-pāṛ-ī, s. f. Highway-robbery. A. H. بٿخ baṭṭaḵẖ, s. f. See بطک bat̤-ak.

بشريت bashrīyat A s. f. Humanity, human na- ture.

بيسا bīsā विंशतिनख S̱. s. m. A dog which has twenty nails.

بڙاٴي baṛā-ī वड्ता S̱. s. f. 1. Greatness, largeness, excellence, bulk, bulkiness, bigness. 2. Magnifying, boasting. بڙاٴي کرنايامارنا baṛā-ī karnā or mārnā, To extol, to magnify, to boast, to vaunt. بڙاٴي دينا baṛā-ī denā, To honour.

باندي bāndī H s. f. A female slave, bondmaid. باندي کابيٿا bāndī kā beṭā, Obedient.

بهيجنا bhejnā H v. a. To send, transmit; utter, ejaculate.

بهان متي bhānmatī भानुमती S̱. s. f. A female juggler, an actress.

بغيچه bag̠ẖīcha P s. m. See باغيچه bāg̠ẖīcha. P.A. بغير ba-g̠ẖair, or بغيراز ba-g̠ẖair-az, Without, except, besides.

بهاٴي بند bhāʼī-band भ्रातृबंधु S̱. s. m. Bro- thers, relations, kindred, friends, comrades.
