بادشاه bādshāh P s. m. A king, a sovereign.

بن پڙنا ban-paṛnā H v. n. To succeed, to answer, to suit, to come to pass.

برص baraṣ A s. m. Leprosy. P.A. برطرف bar-t̤araf, adj. Aside, apart, dismissed. برطرف کرنا bar-t̤araf karnā, v. a. To dismiss, discharge, turn off, cashier. برطرف هونا bar- t̤araf honā, v. n. برات barāt P s. f. The fourteenth day of the month Shaﻌbān, which is appropriated to the commemoration of ancestors. See شب برات shab-i-barāt (which name the day more commonly bears).

بزرگ buzurg P adj. Great; reverend, venerable; (used substantively) a grandee, a great man, no- ble, a saint, an elder, an ancestor. (Pers. plur. بزرگان).

بگهار baghār H s. m. The spices which are mixed with food to give it relish; seasoning, condiment.
