باکره bākira A part. act. f. (from بکر used sub- stantively) A virgin.

بي بي bībī H s. f. A lady, (vulgarly) a wife.

بوٿا būṭā H s. m. A flower (particularly, worked on cloth or painted on paper, &c.), a bush, a shrub. بوٿا قد būṭā-ḳadd, is applied to describe the small stature and exquisite proportion of a beloved person. بوٿي دار būṭe-dār, Flowered (cloth).

باسٿهـ bāsaṭh S̱. (Sans. द्विषष्टि) adj. Sixty-two. S. باسديو (वासुदेव) bāsudev or Vāsudeva, n.prop. Name of Kr̤ish̤ṇa, the son of Vasudeva.

باتونيا bātūniyā S̱. (from بات bāt) s. m. A talk- ative, conversible, entertaining person.

برک वृक brik S or vr̤ik, s. m. A wolf.

بهينچنا bhīṅchnā H v. a. To compress. See بهيچنا.

بهڙکيلا bhaṛk-īlā H (from بهڙک) adj. Splendid, glittering, flashy, gaudy.

بولانا baulānā S̱. (from वातूल) v. n. To be mad, to madden. See بورانا baurānā. H. P. بول بالا bol-bālā (بول Speech, and بالا High) s. m. A kind of benediction. بول بالاهونا bol- bālā honā, To prosper.

بهولي bholī H adj. f. (of بهولا q. v.) Innocent, art- less. بهولي باتين bholī bāteṅ, Innocent prattle.
