بگڙي bigṛī H (from بگڙنا) s. f. Spoil, damage; mis- understanding between friends, war, battle.

بادلا bādlā H s. m. Gold or silver thread or wire, brocade.

بکرا bakrā वर्कर S̱. s. m. A he goat.

بل تاڙ bal-tāṛ S̱. s. m. The male palm or toddy tree. (Borassus flabelliformis).

بروپ bi-rūp S (वि and रूप Form) adj. Dis- figured, deformed, ugly. بروپ هونا birūp-honā, To be disgraced.

بندهانا bandhānā S̱. (caus. of بندهنا) v. a. To bind, fasten, shut, &c.

بڙچود buṛ-chod H A term of abuse, scoundrel.

بيماري bīmār-ī P s. f. Sickness, illness, disorder, disease, distemper.

بلبلا bulbulā S. (बुद्बुद) s. m. A bubble.

بهگت bhagat भक्त S̱. s. m. See بهکت bhakt. بهگت کهيلنا bhagat-khelnā, v. n. To act (a play), to imitate, to mimick. بهگت هونا bhagat-honā, v. n. To be initiated as a devotee, to be affi- liated to a religious order. (This is peculiar to the low tribes. The initiation consists in putting a necklace of beads round the neck, and marking a circle on the forehead. After which, the initiated person is bound to refrain from the use of spirituous liquors, flesh, &c.).
