هيرامن hīrāman H s. m. A kind of paroquet. (Psittacus).

هستناپر हस्तिनापुर hastinā-pur S s. m. An- cient Dihlī, the capital of Yudhish̤ṭhira and his brethren, the remains of which still exist, about 57 miles N. E. of the modern city, on the banks of the old channel of the Ganges.

هڙ haṛ H 1. (see s̱. هرا harrā) s. f. Name of a nut (myrobalan); an ornament resembling that fruit. 2. (Sans. हडि) s. m. Bilboes, the stocks. ¶ huṛ, adj. (dakh. i. q. نادان) Ignorant (?).
