هارون hārūn Heb. (Heb. ) n. prop. Aaron, the brother of Moses. هارون رشيد hārūn rashīd, The fifth khalif of the house of Aﻌbbās and twenty-sixth from Muḥammad.

هينبينا henbenā H adj. Spoiled, ruined.

هيا hiyā S̱. (हृद् or हृदय) s. m. Heart, breast, mind, soul, life. S̱. هي 1. hī (हि) emphatick affix or adv. Very exactly, even, indeed, truly, only. 2. he (from हौनौं in Braj) Were.

هدي hudạ̄ A (Heb. ) s. m. Pointing out the right way, guidance in the right way. ¶ hadī, s. f. 1. Cattle carried to Mecca to be sacrificed. 2. Giving as an offering. 3. A bride. 4. A captive.

هشيار hush-yār P (contract. of هوشيار) adj. Intelligent, prudent, acquainted, cautious, alert, watchful, awake, in senses, abstinent, sober; (be) cautious, take care. هشيارکرنا hushyār karnā, To make acquainted, to caution, put on oneʼs guard.
