نبٿيرا nibṭerā H s. m. Determination. See نٿارا niṭārā.

نہارمنہہ nahār-muṅh S̱. (न neg. and आहार Food, with मुख Mouth) adj. Without eating.

ناپگار nāpigār P. (perhaps for نابکار) adj. Filthy, vile.

نندوسي nandosī S̱. (ननंदृपति) s. m. Hus- bandʼs sisterʼs husband.

نقشه naḳsha A s. m. A portrait, &c., model, pattern, map, plan, chart, delineation.

نيکي nek-ī P s. f. Goodness, good, piety, virtue, probity, beauty.

نحر naḥr A s. Cutting the throat, slaughtering. يوم النحر yaumu-n-naḥr (Day of sacrifice) the tenth of the month ẕī ḥijja.

نه nuh S̱. (Sans. नख) s. m. Nail (of the finger, &c.) talon. نه لينا nuh lenā, To trip, to stumble.

نراس nir-ās S̱. (निराशा) adj. Hopeless.

نکلنا nikalnā S̱. (perhaps from निर् prep. and r. कस Move, go) v. n. To issue, to go forth or out, to be extracted, drawn, pulled or taken out, to come or get out, secede, depart, proceed, to be performed or accomplished, to exceed, to be uttered, to be taken off, to be produced, appear, result, to prove, to turn out, to begin, to be in- vented, to escape, to rise, slip, spring.
