نٿوا naṭuwā S̱. or naṭuʼā or naṭwā, s. m. Ajuggler, rope-dancer, mime, actor, &c. See نٿ naṭ.

نقب naḳb A (Heb. and Aram. ) s. f. 1. A rabbitʼs burrow, a subterraneous excavation, perforation, a mine, a gallery. 2. An instru- ment used by miners, thieves, &c. for piercing walls. 3. Digging through a wall.

نرمه گوش narma-i-gosh P s. The lobe of the ear.

نچوانا nachwānā S̱. (caus. of ناچنا) v. a. To make to dance.

نربسي nir-bis-ī S̱. (निर्विषी from निर् prep. and विष Poison: q. d. antidote) s. f. Ze- doary (a spicy plant somewhat like ginger in its leaves, but of a sweet scent. Amomum ze- doaria: Willd. Curcuma zedoaria: Roxb.).

نزاکت nazākat P. (from Pers. نازک nāzuk) s. f. Delicacy, delicateness, elegance, politeness, neatness, softness.

نوشتخواند nawisht-ḵẖẉānd P (from نوشتن To write, and خواندن To read) s. f. Epistolary correspondence, reading and writing.
