ناز naz P s. m. 1. Blandishments, coquetry, play- fulness, gracefulness, elegance, soothing, fond- ling, amorous playfulness, softness. 2. Pride, consequential airs. ناز اٿهاتا nāz uṭhānā, To bear with the airs or whims of another. ناز بردار nāz-bardār, One who bears the whims of another, a flatterer. ناز برداري nāz-bardār-ī, s. f. Flattery. ناز پرور nāz-parwar or ناز پرورده nāz-parwarda, Delicately brought up; a spoiled child. ناز پيشگي nāz-pesha-gī, s. f. The habit of coquetry, &c. ناز پيشه nāz-pesha, One who practises blandishments, a coquette. ناز نخرا nāz-naḵẖrā, s. m. Coquetry, dalliance. نازو نياز nāz-o-niyāz, Blandishment, toying.
