مـﮩري muhrī S̱. (from منـﮩ muṅh) s. f. The cuff of the sleeve of a jacket, or the extremity of the leg of a pair of trousers, the bore (of a gun, &c.).

مورچهل mor-chhal S̱. (मयूर Peacock, and खल्ल Leather) s. m. A fan for driving away flies (es- pecially, of peacockʼs feathers), a brush.

مروڙا maroṛā H (from مروڙنا) s. m. A twisting of the bowels, pain in the bowels, flux, gripes. H. S̱. مروڙپهلي maroṛ-phal-ī, s. f. Name of a plant (Helicteres isora) the fruit of which is used in medicine.

مروڙنا maroṛnā H v. a. To twist, to writhe, to contort, to distort, to gripe, to yearn.

معافي muʼāﻌf-ī A. (part. act. III. of عفو or from معاف q. v.) adj. Exempt from rent and tax

مکاتبت mukātabat A (inf. III. of کتب Heb. and Aram. ) s. f. Corresponding by letters. (Plur. مکاتيب from مکتوب).
