مکهي makkhī मक्षिका S̱. s. f. 1. A fly. 2. The sight of a gun. مکهي اڙانا makkhī uṛānā, 1. To flatter or perform servile offices for any one. 2. To have ulcers on the body (so as to be constantly employed in driving away the flies from them). 3. To be a good marksman (so as to hit a fly with a ball or arrow). مکهي جهلنا makkhī jhalnā, To have venereal ulcers. مکهي چوس makkhī-chūs, A miser, a niggard, a skin- flint. مکهي مارنا makkhī mārnā, To idle, to be unemployed, to trifle, to fool.
