مشروع mashrūﻌ A (part. pass. of شرع Heb. ) 1. adj. Initiated, begun, commenced. 2. Le- gal, just, prescribed by law. 3. s. m. A kind of cloth made of silk and cotton mixed (dressed in which it is lawful for Musalmāns to pray: that not being allowed in cloth entirely of silk).

مستوره mastūra A (part. pass. fem. of ستر) s. f. A chaste woman. Plur. مستورات mastūrāt, Women (of the ḥaram).

مشر mishar मिश्र S̱. s. m. 1. A title of Brāh- maṇs, who were brought to India from Sāka- dwīp by Kr̤ish̤ṇa in order to cure the leprosy of his son Sāmba: also, a title of some Brāhmaṇs from Mithilā, &c. 2. A Hindū physician.

ميٿهاس mīṭhās S̱. s. f. (dakh.) Sweetness: see مٿهاس miṭhās, and مٿهاي miṭhā-ī.

مسوسا masosā H 1. adj. Twisted. 2. Grieved, afflicted. 3. s. m. Affliction, remorse, regret.

موسل mūsal मुसल S̱. s. m. A wooden pestle. موسلان سون ڐهول بجانا mūslāṅ sūṅ ḍhol bajānā (dakh.) To feast, to make merry.

مزاحمت muzāḥamat A (inf. III. of زحم) s. f. Prevention, hinderance, impediment.

مچهر machchhar मशक S̱. s. m. A musquito, a gnat. مچهر کي جهول کا چور machchhar kī jhūl kā chor, One who would steal the minutest thing, a petty pilferer.

مانڐي mānḍī H s. f. (dakh.) Knee.

مرتب murattab A (part. pass. II. of رتب) adj. Arranged, regulated, prepared. ¶ murattib (part. act.) adj. Putting in order; arranger, disposer.
