لچ luch H adj. Pure, mere, stark, naked. لچ بـﮩادر luch bahādur, A vagabond. لچ پن luch- pan, s. m. Libertinism, rakishness. H. لچا luchchā, s. m. A vagabond, a libertine, a rake, a profligate. adj. Low, mean.

لگام lagām P s. f. A bridle, a bit. لگام دينا lagām denā, To bridle.

لي lai लय S̱. s. f. 1. Equal time in musick and dancing, tone, melody, modulation, sym- phony, singing in tune. 2. Ardent affection or desire, immersion, absorption.

لبان lubān A (Heb. from White. Gr. *li/banos) s. m. 1. Frankincense, olibanum. Resin of the Boswellia serrata: Roxb. See As. Res. Vol. IX. 2. (at least in India) Benzoin.

لٿانا luṭānā S̱. v. a. 1. (causal of لوٿنا lūṭnā) To squander, to spend or expend, to cause to plun- der or be plundered. 2. (causal of لوٿنا loṭnā) To cause to wallow or roll about.

لقندرا luḳandrā H s. m. A rake, a profligate.
