لـﮩکاوٿ lahkāwaṭ H s. f. Glittering, flashing.

لـﮩريا lahriyā S̱. (from لـﮩر lahar, q. v.) adj. Waved, a mode of dying or painting.

لنگوٿا langoṭā P. s. m. See لنگوٿي langoṭī. لنگوٿ بند langoṭ-band, 1. A bandage to which the langoṭ is fastened. 2. One devoted to ce- libacy.

لچها lachchhā H s. m. A bundle (of thread), a ball or skein of thread, &c. ¶ (In the Dakhan) A necklace worn tight round the neck, formed of gold beads and glass beads. (Qanoon-e-islam).

لطمه lat̤ma A s. m. A slap on the cheek, a box on the ear, a blow.
