گهات ghāṭ घट्ट S̱. s. m. A landing place; a quay, wharf, ferry, ford, pass, bathing place on a river side. گهاٿمار ghāṭ-mār, s. m. A smuggler. گهاٿ مارنا ghāṭ-mārnā, To smuggle.

کلدروهي कुलद्रोही kula-drohī S s. m. One who brings disgrace or reproach on his family.

گهمري ghumrī S̱. (from घूर्ण) s. f. The vertigo, swimming in the head, giddiness.

گٿا gaṭṭā H s. m. The part of the pipe which fixes into the top of the metal part of a ḥuḳḳa.

کچهلنپٿ kachh-lampaṭ S adj. Incontinent, lewd, lecher, libertine. See under لمپٿ lampaṭ.

گانٿهہ gānṭh ग्रंथि S̱. s. f. 1. A knot; joint, an articulation. 2. A bundle. گانٿهہ پڙنا gānṭh paṛnā, is applied to the fixing of enmity towards any one in the breast. گانٿهہ دار gānṭh-dār, adj. Knotted. گانٿهہ کا پورا gānṭh kā pūrā, Rich, wealthy. گانٿهہ کا کهونا gānṭh kā khonā, To act to oneʼs own prejudice. گانٿهہ کهولنا gānṭh kholnā, 1. The untying of a knot. 2. Prodigality, ex- pense, to open the purse. 3. Removal of pre- judice. گانٿهہ گٿهيلا gānṭh-gaṭhīlā, Knotty (as, a stick), compact (as, a man).

کهپٿا khapṭā खर्पर S̱. s. m. 1. A broken tile. 2. A slice of mango.

کم کم कुंकुम kumkum S s. m. Saffron.

کوهر kohar कुहेलिका S̱. s. m. 1. A fog. 2, Name of a fruit.

گهنيس ghanes घनेश S̱. s. m. Name of a bird. (Buceros malabaricus).
