(from غلم g̠ẖalima, Coeundi cupidus fuit) A young man arrived at maturity. 3. (in Persian and Hindī) A slave. غلام پاره g̠ẖulām-pāra, Puerorum amoribus deditus. غلام گردش g̠ẖu- lām-gardish, s. m. A shed for servants to sit under. (Pers. plur. غلامان).

غبي g̠ẖabī A (from غبو) adj. Weak in mind, for- getful, negligent, imprudent.

غلطاني g̠ẖalt̤ān-ī P s. f. The rolling, wallowing.

غال g̠ẖāl P 1. part. in compos. (of غاليدن) Rolling or wallowing on the side. 2. The nest of the bee or wasp. 3. A burrow or hole made by wild animals to breed in: a cave made by shepherds to keep their flocks in at night in the desert.
