طافح t̤āfiḥ A (part. act. of طفح) adj. Overflowing, full of drink.

طبعي t̤ab-īﻌ A adj. Natural, innate.

طاعن t̤āʼiﻌn A (part. act. of طعن) s. m. An asper- ser, slanderer, reproacher.

ط t̤oʼe or in Arabic t̤ā, called طاي مہمله or طاي غيرمنقوطه the sixteenth letter of the Arabic al- phabet, does not occur in pure Persian; but, in compliance with Arabic orthography, it is some- times introduced in Persian words which were originally written with ت; as, طبرزد for تبرزد, Sugar-candy; طبرخون for تبرخون, Red sanders.

طمانيت t̤amāniyat A. (prop. طمانينت t̤umānīnat, from طمن) s. f. Rest, repose, tranquillity.

طبايع t̤abāyiﻌ A s. plur. of طبيعت q. v.

طغيان t̤ug̠ẖyān A (from طغي Heb. or To err, to stray, to rebel) s. m. Rebellion, sedition, perverseness, insolence.

طست t̤ast A s. A bowl or large cup.

طراره t̤arrāra A. s. m. Quickness, expedition. طراره بهـرنا t̤arrāra bharnā, To stretch out, or bound (a horse at full speed). طراره زبان t̤ar- rāra-zabān, Chattering, eternal clack.

طناب t̤anāb A s. f. A tent rope.
