شاکي shākī A 1. part. act. (of شکو) Complaining, querulous. 2. s. m. A complainer, a backbiter censurer, murmurer.

Fieriness of disposition. شعله خيز shuﻌla-ḵẖez, adj. Flame-exciting. شعله خيزي shuﻌla-ḵẖez-ī, s. f. The rising up or ex- citing of flame. شعله رخ shuﻌla-ruḵẖ, or شعله رو shuﻌla-rū, adj. Flame-faced, having a bright countenance. شعله زن shuﻌla-zan, adj. Blazing, flashing, brilliant.

شرا shirā A s. m. Purchase, sale, traffick. ¶ sharā, An eruption of pimples on the skin. See شري.

شعاع shuʼāﻌﻌ A (from شعّ To radiate, be spread or diffused) s. f. Light, splendour, lustre, the rays of the sun, sunshine, radiance.
