سوندها sondhā S̱. (from सुगंध) s. m. 1. A com- position of fragrant substances used for washing the hair. 2. Smelling like that of a new earthen vessel when wetted or from parching of pulse.

سادهنا sādhnā S̱. (साधन r. साध Accomplish) 1. v. a. To familiarize gradually to any habit, to teach, to learn, habituate, accustom, to use, practise, regulate, to pacify, to correct, rectify, settle, fix or determine, to accomplish. 2. s. f. (1) The act of familiarizing by habitude, prac- tice. (2) Accomplishment.

سفينه safīna A (Heb. from سفن Heb. To cover, &c.) s. m. 1. A ship, a vessel, boat. 2. A blank book, a commonplace-book.
