رن مار r̤iṇ-mār S̱. (from ऋण Debt) s. m. One who does not pay his debts.

رقاب ṛiḳāb A s. (plur. of رقبة) Necks, slaves, servants.

رقت riḳḳat A (from رقّ Heb. To be thin) s. f. 1. Thinness, minuteness, attenuation, sub- tleness. 2. Affection. 3. Pity, sympathy, tenderness. 4. Weeping.

رنگاٴي rangāʼī P. S̱. (from رنگانا) s. f. 1. The price paid for dying. 2. A certain space of time, during which a cloth is died.

رغم rag̠ẖm A (Heb. To be indignant) s. m. 1. Looking down, shame, reproach. 2. Re- pugnance, abhorrence. 3. Contempt. رعم سي rag̠ẖm se, In despite.

رجعت rajʼaﻌt A s. f. Return, return of the per- son divorcing to the person divorced, return of a man to his family, answer to a letter, the re- surrection. S. رجک रजक (r. रंज Colour) rajak, s. m. A washerman.

Various colours or sorts; adj. Various. رنگ برنگي rang-birangī, adj. (dakh.) رسن rasan A s. m. String, cord, rope. (Plur. ارسان arsān). رسن باز rasan-bāz, A ropedancer. رسن ساز rasan-sāz, Ropemaker. S. رسنا रसना (r. रस Taste) rasanā, s. f. The tongue.

راجسو rājsū राजसूयं S̱. s. m. A sacrifice performed only by an universal monarch, at- tended by his tributary princes (as in the case of Yudhish̤ṭhir and others).
