روکها rūkhā S̱. (रुक्ष or रूक्ष) adj. Dry, plain, rough, harsh, unkind, unfriendly, pure, simple, unseasoned. روکها سوکها rūkhā-sūkhā, adj. Plain, blunt, harsh (words, &c.).
