ڐاب ḍāb H s. m. 1. A sword-belt. 2. An unripe cocoa-nut.

ڐلوانا ḍalwānā H (caus. of ڐالنا) v. a. To cause to throw down or to throw, to occasion, &c. See ڐالنا ḍālnā.

ڐوڙنا ḍauṛnā S̱. v. n. (dakh.) To run: see دوڙنا dauṛnā. H. ڐوڙهي 1. ḍiʼoṛhī or ḍauṛhī, s. f. Threshold, door, antichamber. 2. ḍauṛhī, adj. fem. Half as much again. 3. adj. f. Raised one half higher (a tone in musick).

ڐلوا ḍalwā H s. m. A large basket (without a lid).

ڐهيـﮩ‍ا ḍhīhā H s. m. A rising ground.

ڐنکيلا ḍank-īlā H adj. Armed with a sting, stinger.

ڐپهـ ḍaph P. (for دف) s. m. A tambourin.

ڐنکارنا ḍaṅkārnā H v. n. (dakh.) To bellow, &c.: see ڐکارنا ḍakārnā.

ڐٿا ḍaṭṭā H s. m. A plug, spigot, stopple, cork.

ڐس ḍas दशा S̱. s. m. 1. The string by which scales are suspended (or held in the hand). 2. The threads of the warp at the end of a piece of cloth which are left unwoven, the end of a piece of cloth.
