ڐورا ḍorā H s. m. 1. Thread, line, cord, &c. 2. Edge of a sword, &c. آنکهـ کا ڐورا ānkh kā ḍorā, A bloodshot eye, vessels distended with blood on the tunica conjunctiva of the eye (from in- toxication or other cause). ڐوري ڐالنا ḍore ḍālnā, v. a. 1. To stitch a quilt. 2. To utter a long continued sound like the Amaduvade (Fringilla amandava). گردن کا ڐورا gardan kā ḍorā, A graceful motion of the neck in dancing.

ڐانگ ḍāng H s. f. 1. A stick, a club. 2. The greatest height or summit of a mountain.

ڐانٿهل ḍānṭhal H s. m. Pedicle, petiole, foot- stalk.

ڐهبکا ḍhibkā H s. m. Protuberance.

ڐنکيلا ḍank-īlā H adj. Armed with a sting, stinger.

ڐهليت ḍhalait H s. m. 1. A person in the equi- page of great men armed with sword and buck- ler. 2. A constable, a targetier.

ڐانس ḍāṅs दंश S̱. s. m. 1. The sting of a rep- tile. 2. A large musquito, a gadfly.

ڐهيلاٴي ḍhīlā-ī H s. f. Looseness, remissness. H. S̱. ڐهيلي ڐوري دينا ḍhīl-ī ḍorī denā (dakh. i. q. ڐهيل کرنا) To be remiss, to be inattentive, to delay (?).

ڐهٿي ḍhaṭṭī H s. f. A cord used instead of a bridle.

ڐانٿ ڐپٿ ḍānṭ ḍapaṭ H s. Gallop.
