چهونچهي chhonchhī H s. f. 1. Bodkin, case for needles. 2. A small cup for children.

چيري cherī S̱. (चेटी or चेडी) s. f. A slave- girl, a girl-servant.

چومک پتهر chūmak-patthar S̱. s. m. A magnet. See چنبک chumbak.

چهاج chhāj H s. m. A kind of basket used in winnowing or clearing grain.

چدکڙ chudakkaṛ H s. m. A salacious person, qui coitu frequenti fruitur.

چق chiḳ T s. f. A kind of skreen used to keep out the glare.

چونٿي chonṭī S̱. (चूडा Tuft, crest, pinnacle, peak, summit) s. f. 1. The hair braided be- hind (tail), braid, cue, top, apex, summit, pin- nacle. 2. An ornament worn on the head by women. چونٿي آسمان پر گهسنا chonṭī āsmān par ghisnā, To be very vain or aspiring. چونٿي کٿ chonṭī-kaṭ, A slave. چونٿي کٿوانا chonṭī kaṭwānā, To be a slave, to be obedient. چونٿي کسيکي هاتهـ مين آنا chonṭī kisī kī hāth men ānā, To have a power over one, to subdue.

چکمه chakma H s. m. A boot, a stocking.

چوڙ chauṛ H adj. Spoiled, destroyed.

چوهنا chūhnā S̱. (corr. of چوسنا) v. a. To suck.
