چهپا chhipā H adj. Close, hidden, concealed. چهپا رهنا chhipā rahnā, To abscond. چهپا چهپي chhipā-chhipī, adv. Underhand, secretly.

(On the 11th of Jeṭh, shukl-paksh̤, the inhabitants were wont to swim across the river, and forming themselves into two parties, to fight with swords, clubs, &c.).

چنچلائي chanchalāʼī S̱. s. f. 1. Restlesness, play- fulness. 2. Perishableness.
