چهچڙيل chhichṛail H adj. Lean, skinny.

چترتا chaturtā S s. f. (चतुरता or चातुरी) Cunning, cleverness, sliness, wisdom, expertness, knowledge.

چوٿي choṭī चूडा S̱. s. f. 1. A lock of hair left on the top of the head, the hair braided behind, a cue. 2. Top, summit. چوٿي کا هونا choṭī kā honā, To excel, to be pre-eminent or unrivalled. See چونٿي chonṭī.

چگن chugan H s. m. A plait or fold in a gar- ment.

چمگادڙ chamgādaṛ H s. m. A bat.

چوهڙ chūhaṛ H s. m. The act of hunting by de- ceiving game with a stalkinghorse.

چول chūl H s. f. 1. A tenon, the part of joinerʼs work which fits into another (as, a dove-tail). 2. A pivot upon which a door turns (as on a hinge). 3. An axle-tree-arm. چولين اکهڙنا يا ڐهيلي هونا chūleṅ-ukhaṛnā or -ḍhīlī honā, To be tired, worn out with labour.

چهينٿا chhīnṭā H s. m. Shot, spot, splash. چهينٿا مارنا chhīnṭā mārnā, To sprinkle, bedrop.

چهونکن chhonkan H s. m. Spices with which food is seasoned.
