چوزا chūzā P s. m. A kite, or the same as چوزه chūza, q. v.

چکي chakkī चक्र S̱. s. f. 1. A millstone, a mill, grinder. 2. Kneepan. 3. A thunderbolt.

چهيڙ chheṛ H (from چهيڙنا) s. f. Irritating, irrita- tion, vexing, &c. See the verb. چهيڙچهاڙ chheṛ chhāṛ or چهيڙکهاني chheṛ khānī, s. f. 1. Stric- ture, animadversion. 2. The act of vexing, provoking, exciting, &c.

چهتـﮩرا chhutahrā H adj. Defiled by touching, foul, corrupt, polluted (applied to vessels, dishes, &c.).

چمکتا chamaktā H (from چمکنا) adj. Bright, glittering.

چهو छवि chhavi S s. f. See چهب chhab.

چومکهي chau-mukh-ī S̱. (चतुर्मुखी Four faced) s. f. 1. A name of the goddess Devī. 2. The seed of a tree, called रुद्राक्ष (Scævola lobelia or Elæocarpus ganitrus).

چبهانا chubhānā H (caus. of چبهنا chubhnā) v. a. To stick into, to thrust into, to pierce, to goad, to stab, to prick.

چهنکانا يا چهنکوانا chhinkānā H or chhinkwānā (caus. of چهينکنا chhenknā) v. a. To cause to stop, cause to seize, to cancel, strike out.
