چنچلانا chanchalānā S̱. (from चंचल) v. n. To be playful, wanton or restless.

چمن chaman P s. m. A bed in a garden, a parterre. چمن بند chaman-band, s. m. A gardener. چمن بندي کرنا chaman-bandī karnā, To lay out a garden. چمن دهر chaman-i-dahr, Terrestrial abode. چمن زار chaman-zār, Mea- dow.

چرخه charḵẖa P. 1. s. m. A spinning wheel, a reel. 2. adj. Thin, weak, nag, jade, garran.

چهيم क्षेम chh̤em S s. f. Welfare. چهيم کشل क्षेमकुशल chh̤em-kushal, s. f. Welfare.

چلنا chalnā चलन S. v. n. To move, go, pro- ceed, walk, go off, pass (as, coin), be discharged (a gun, &c.), to blow, flow, drive, behave, sail, work, answer, succeed, avail, last, serve, stand. چل نکلنا chal nikalnā, To turn out vitious, to exceed bounds. چلا جانا chalā jānā, To go along, be off, depart. چلي چلنا chale chalnā, To go along.

چلـﮩ‍اٴي chulhāʼī H (from چل chul) adj. f. Lewd, libidinous (woman).

چکاوک chakāwak P s. m. 1. A lark. 2. An aquatick bird, said to be the same as the سرخاب surḵẖāb, q. v.

چپڙاٴو chapṛāʼū H 1. adj. Brazenfaced. 2. s. m. Slippers.
