چرکٿ chirkuṭ चीरकूट S̱. s. m. A bit, piece, a rag.

چهٿکانا chhuṭkānā S̱. (caus. of چهٿنا chhuṭnā) v. a. To release, to set at liberty.

چوان chūʼān S̱. or chuʼān (see چونا chūnā) s. f. A reservoir, a cistern. چوان کهاٴي chuʼān-khāʼī, A deep ditch with water springing at the bottom.

چهاتا chhātā छत्र S̱. s. m. A large umbrella.
