بدايت badāyat A s. f. Beginning.

بدايع badāʼịﻌ A s. plur. (of بديعه) Rare things.

خدايا ḵẖudā-yā P s. voc. O God! P. A. خدايتعاليٰ ḵẖudā-e-taʼāﻌlạ̄, The most high God.

دايا dāyā P. s. m. The husband of a nurse called داٴي dāʼī, q. v. A male nurse.

هدايت hidāyat A (from هدي Heb. ) s. f. Guidance, direction to the right way, especially to salvation; righteousness.

پيدايش paidā-ịsh P (from پيدا) s. f. Birth, crea- tion, production; earnings, produce, profit.

کدايا kudāyā H s. m. A kind of dove.

گدايانه gadā-yāna P adv. Like a beggar.
